Arrears

If you find that your rates account is in arrears, please contact us to discuss this.

We will discuss options of paying the arrears and current rates off over a period of time. If full payment of arrears is not possible then automatic payment is our prefered method of clearing the arrears.

If a suitable arrangement cannot be made to pay the arrears, other means will be used to recover these funds. This can include contacting the mortgage holder, or other debt collection methods.
